The League will be held on Sundays at Holy Virgin Mary Church in Highland Park: starting March 11^th 2012 and ending June 3^rd 2012 (Approximately).
 

1 - All registration will be on the Internet via www.thecopticleague.org in which each team and participant will register himself.

2 - Teams registration will commence Tuesday, January 24^th 2012 and will close at Sunday, February 5^th 2012. Late registration with $50 fee will be accepted until Monday, February 20^th 2012. After that, teams’ registration is completely closed.

To register a team, just send an email to soccer@lacopts.org including:

* Team’s Name.

* Contact’s Name.

* Contact’s email.

* Contact’s phone number.
 

3 - Players registration will commence on Tuesday, February 7^th 2012 and will close at 11:59 pm (Midnight) Tuesday, March 28^th 2012.

Late registration accepted after that date with $50 late fee per player.

Furthermore, all signatures to rules and regulations and waivers will be done electronically during registration and are mandatory. Upon registering on the web, a review of the information will be conducted and a confirmation will be issued to the contact person after the players’ registration via email within one week. Upon completion of registration, contact people will be asked to confirm their team rosters.
 

4 - A team may have up to 12 players, but not less than 6, and the participation fee is $400 for EACH team payable to THE COPTIC LEAGUE, due by Sunday, March 4^th 2012.
 

5 - The contact person must be 30 years old or older.

Also, there will be a mandatory contact person(s) meeting on Sunday, March 4^th 2012at 3:00 PM at Holy Virgin Mary Church in Highland Park in which the attached rules and regulations will be reviewed along with other concerns and/or comments pertaining to the Tournament. ALSO will be a make up meeting on Thursday March 8^th 2012 at 8:00 PM.
 

6 - AND for any reason if the contact(s) could not attend the meeting or the make up meeting, his  team WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY WITH NO EXCEPTION.
 

Please note, the participants will have to attest to their full and complete understanding of the rules and commit to the said rules during time of registration. A participant who does not attest to the said rules will not play, and failure to have read and understood the rules will not be excusable.
